Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Carrier
Ensure the carrier is free of pet hair and odors, and place it back in its original packaging with all tags and safety tethers attached.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the item for quality standards, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
